Emphasis is placed on making
possible the protection of minorities around the world, and all countries
around the world, whether Muslim or non-Muslim. Every effort is made to ensure
the protection of all citizens of their country as well as minorities and give
them religious freedom as well as their participation in religious festivals to
give the impression around the world that Minorities in their countries have
full protection. It is a welcome thing for the people and minorities of any
country to come together and share each other's joys and create an atmosphere
of mutual brotherhood.
Interfaith harmony is a sensitive issue all over the world which cannot be ignored under any circumstances but unfortunately in India interfaith harmony is disintegrated and the whole world seems to be playing the role of silent spectator. The celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi is considered as a special day for Muslims because the day of Eid Milad-un-Nabi is the day of the birth of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH) Is. On this day, the Lord of the worlds, the Creator of all the worlds, created his beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in this world and this day is considered as the day of Eid by the Muslims Celebrate.
Three cities of Madhya Pradesh
district of Madhya Pradesh, were present in the government of Police in
Government, and Police's incident in Rajpur, when Muslims were removing the
procession of Eid Milad Nabi. Sources said that the procession of Eid Milad-un-Nabi
was marching on traditional routes and was celebrating its festival peacefully.
Under a conspiracy, Hindus started playing inappropriate music on the speaker.
The people in the procession gently forbade him and asked him to give up his
rude behavior and stop singing, to which the music was intensified by the Hindu
group and start threatening the Muslims with abusive language and serious
consequences, which angered the Muslims. Hindu organizations started throwing
stones at the Muslims, as a result of which many participants of the procession
were injured.
Ten people, including the Rajpur police station in-charge, were also injured as part of a provocation created by Hindu organizations. Surprisingly, instead of stopping the Hindu organizations, the police started torturing the Muslims and used tear gas to the fullest, which led to a stampede and many people were injured. Some of the injured were dispersed but most were injured by batons rained down by police and Hindu organizations. After that, the police hit another pantra and also registered cases against Muslims. Sadly, no country or international human rights organization has spoken out against this arrogance and lawlessness.
Ever since Narendra Modi's government came to power, there has been a series of sieges against Muslims and harassment in various ways which continues till today and it is hoped that as long as Modi government is in power against Muslims False accusations and harassment will continue in various ways. Policies are made at the administrative level to harm the business of Muslims and make them economically useless. The quota for Muslims in jobs is being limited. Muslim children are harassed for admission in schools, colleges and universities and many children are not even admitted. There are many heinous measures that are being carried out under the auspices of the government and Hindu organizations are constantly fighting to suppress and harass the Muslims.
It is noteworthy that if such an incident occurs in any Muslim country in the world, the West starts shouting against it and does not sit idly by until that country takes any action against it but the world's largest India, a democracy, seems to be working hard to suppress and exclude minorities in its own country, but international rights groups and followers of the wailing religion turn a blind eye.
Does any religion command a person
to be deprived of his religious freedom? As far as I know, there is no religion
that prevents anyone from performing religious rites, especially in Islam,
because Islam is a complete religion and treats all human beings, including
Muslims, on an equal footing. In Islam, no white person has any superiority
over a non-white person and a non-white person has no superiority over a white
person. In Islam, all human beings are equal and have complete freedom to
perform their religious rites. Muslim countries also protect minorities in
their countries and provide them with a conducive environment for them to
perform their rituals freely.
The question is why this does not
happen in India? Is Indian government above international law? Doesn't
international law apply to India? Are international human rights organizations
helpless before the Indian government? Is the UN afraid to take action against
India? These are questions that these countries and organizations may not have
the answer to, but I do have and my answer is "yes."

آہنگی پر کاری ضرب لگانے پر بضد
دنیا بھر میں اقلیتوں کا تحفظ ممکن بنانے پر زور دیا جاتا
ہے اور دنیا بھر کے تمام ممالک چاہے وہ مسلم ممالک ہوں یا غیر مسلم ممالک ہوں۔
تمام اپنے ملک کے باشندوں کے ساتھ ساتھ اقلیتوں کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے
تمام کاوشیں بروئے کار لاتے ہیں اور انہیں مذہبی آزادی دینے کے ساتھ ساتھ ان کے
مذہبی تہواروں میں شرکت کو بھی یقینی بناتے ہیں تاکہ دنیا بھر میں یہ تاثر دیا
جاسکے کہ ان کے ممالک میں اقلیتوں کو مکمل تحفظ حاصل ہے۔ یہ ایک خوش آئند بات ہوتی
ہے کہ کسی بھی ملک کے باشندے اور اقلیتیں اکٹھے ہوں اور ایک دوسرے کی خوشیوں میں
شریک ہوکر باہمی بھائی چارے کی فضا قائم کریں۔
بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی پوری دنیا کا حساس موضوع ہے جسے کسی
بھی صورت نظر انداز نہیں کیا جاسکتا مگر بدقسمتی سے بھارت میں بین المذاہب ہم
آہنگی کی دھجیاں بکھیری جاتی ہیں اور پوری دنیا خاموش تماشائی کا کردار ادا کرتی
نظر آتی ہے۔ عید میلاد النبی کا تہوار مسلمانوں کے لئے ایک خاص دن کی مانند تصور
کیا جاتا ہے کیونکہ عید میلاد النبی کا دن اس کائنات کی وجہ بننے والی شخصیت اور
پوری دنیا کیلئے ایک رول ماڈل شخصیت نبی آخر الزمان حضرت محمد مصطفی ﷺ کی ولادت
باسعادت کا دن ہے۔ اس دن تمام جہانوں کے مالک خالق اللہ رب العزت نے اپنے پیارے
محبوب نبی کریم حضرت محمد ﷺ کو اس دنیا میں پیدا فرمایا اور یہ دن مسلمانوں کے
نزدیک عید کا دن مانا جاتا ہے اور پوری دنیا کے مسلمان اس دن کو مذہبی عقیدت کے
طور پر مناتے ہیں۔
بھارت کے ضلع مدھیہ پردیش کے تین شہروں جبل پور، دھر اور
راج پور میں حکومتی ایماء پر پولیس گردی کا واقعہ تب پیش آیا جب مسلمان عید میلاد
النبی کا جلوس نکال رہے تھے۔ ذرائع سے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ عید میلاد النبی کا جلوس
روایتی راستوں پر گامزن تھا اور پرامن طور پر اپنا تہوار منا رہے تھے کہ ایک سوچی
سمجھی سازش کے تحت ہندوؤں نے سپیکر پر نامناسب میوزک بجانا شروع کردیا۔ جلوس میں
شامل لوگوں نے نرمی کے ساتھ انہیں منع کیا اور غیر مہذب رویہ ترک کرنے اور گانا
بند کرنے کا کہا جس پر ہندو گروپ کی جانب سے میوزک کی آواز اور تیز کردی گئی اور
مسلمانوں کو گالی گلوچ اور سنگین نتائج کی دھمکیاں دینا شروع کردیں جس پر مسلمانوں
کی طرف سے غم و غصہ کا اظہار کیا گیاتو ہندو تنظیموں کی جانب سے مسلمانوں پر
پتھراؤ شروع کردیا گیا جس کے نتیجے میں بہت سے جلوس کے شرکاء زخمی ہوئے۔
راج پور تھانہ انچارج سمیت 10 افراد بھی ہندو تنظیموں کی
طرف سے پیدا کردہ اشتعال انگیزی کا حصہ بن
کر زخمی ہوئے۔ حیران کن بات یہ ہے کہ پولیس نے ہندو تنظیموں کو روکنے کی بجائے
الٹا مسلمانوں پر تشدد کرنا شروع کردیا اور آنسو گیس کابھرپور استعمال کیا جس کے
نتیجے میں بھگدڑ مچ گئی اور بہت سے لوگ زخمی ہوئے۔ ان زخمیوں میں کچھ منتشرین تھے
لیکن زیادہ تعداد پولیس اور ہندو تنظیموں کی جانب سے برسائے گئے ڈنڈوں کی وجہ سے
زخمی ہوئے۔ اس کے بعد پولیس نے ایک اور
پینترا مارا اور مقدمات بھی مسلمانوں کے خلاف ہی درج کیے۔ افسوسناک امر یہ ہے کہ
اس ڈھٹائی اور لاقانونیت پر کوئی بھی ملک یا عالمی حقوق کی تنظیم نے آواز
نہیں اٹھائی۔
جب سے نریندر مودی کی حکومت اقتدار پر براجمان ہوئی ہے تب
سے مسلمانوں کے خلاف گھیرا تنگ کرنے اور انہیں مختلف طریقوں سے حراساں کرنے کا
سلسلہ شروع ہے جو آج تک جاری ہے اور امید ہے کہ جب تک مودی سرکار اقتدار پر قابض
ہے مسلمانوں کے خلاف جھوٹے مقدمات اور انہیں مختلف طریقوں سے حراساں کرنے کا سلسلہ
جاری رہے گا۔ مسلمانوں کے کاروبار کو نقصان پہنچانے اور انہیں معاشی طور پر بےکار
کرنے کیلئے انتظامی سطح پر پالیسیاں بنائی جاتی ہیں۔ ملازمتوں میں مسلمانوں کا
کوٹہ محدود کیا جا رہا ہے۔ مسلمانوں کے بچوں کو سکول و کالجز و یونیورسٹیز میں
داخلہ کیلئے پریشان کیا جاتا ہے اور بہت سے بچوں کو تو داخلہ ہی نہیں دیا جاتا۔ ایسے
بہت سے گھناؤنے اقدامات ہیں جو حکومتی سرپرستی میں پایہ تکمیل تک پہنچائے جاتے ہیں
اور مسلمانوں کو دبانے اور انہیں پریشان کرنے کیلئے ہندو تنظیمیں ہر وقت برسرپیکار
رہتی ہیں۔
غور طلب بات یہ ہے کہ دنیا کے کسی بھی مسلم ملک میں ایسا
واقعہ ہو تو اس کے خلاف مغربی چیخنا چلانا شروع کردیتا ہے اور تب تک سکون سے نہیں
بیٹھتا جب تک وہ ملک اس کے خلاف کوئی اقدامات نہیں کرتا لیکن دنیا کی سب سے بڑی
جمہوریت کا علمبردار ملک بھارت اپنے ہی ملک میں اقلیتوں کو دبانے اور انہیں نکرے
لگانے کےلئے سرتوڑ کوششیں کرتا نظر آتا ہے لیکن عالمی حقوق کی تنظیمیں اور واویلا
مچاتے مذہب کے پیروکار اپنی آنکھیں بند کر لیتے ہیں۔
کیا کوئی بھی مذہب کسی شخص کو اس کی مذہبی آزادی سلب کرنے
کا حکم دیتا ہے؟ جتنا مجھے پتہ ہے ایسا
کوئی مذہب نہیں جو کسی کو مذہبی رسومات ادا کرنے سے روکے خصوصاً اسلام میں تو ہرگز
نہیں ہے کیونکہ اسلام ایک مکمل دین ہے اور مسلمانوں سمیت تمام انسانوں کو برابری
کی سطح پر رکھتا ہے۔ اسلام میں کسی گورے کو عجمی پر اور کسی عجمی کو گورے پر کوئی
فوقیت حاصل نہیں۔ اسلام میں سب انسان برابر ہیں اور انہیں اپنی مذہبی رسومات ادا
کرنے کی مکمل آزادی ہے۔ مسلمان ممالک بھی اپنے ملک میں موجود اقلیتوں کو تحفظ
فراہم کرتے ہیں اور انہیں آزادی سے اپنی رسومات ادا کرنے کیلئے سازگار ماحول مہیا کرتے ہیں ۔
سوال یہ ہے کہ بھارت میں ایسا کیوں نہیں ہوتا؟ کیا بھارتی
حکومت عالمی قانون سے بالاتر ہے؟ کیا بین الاقوامی قوانین کا بھارت پر اطلاق نہیں
ہوتا؟ کیا عالمی انسانی حقوق کی تنظیمیں بھارتی حکومت کے آگے بے بس ہیں؟ کیا اقوام
متحدہ بھارت کے خلاف ایکشن لینے سے ڈرتا ہے؟ یہ وہ سوالات ہیں جن کا جواب شاید ان
ممالک اور تنظیموں کے پاس نہیں ہے لیکن میرے پاس ہے اور میرا جواب ہے
"ہاں"
