تھی لیکن پھر چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے ٹک ٹاک پر پابندی کے معاملے کو کابینہ
کے سامنے رکھنے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ٹیکنالوجی بند نہیں کرسکتے، کیا ملک کو سو
سال پیچھے لے کر جانا ہے؟
ٹک ٹاکروں کی خرمستیوں اور بے ہودگیوں سے اگر ملک ترقی یافتہ اور
جدید تصور ہوتا ہے تو پھر مینار پاکستان جیسے واقعات پر سیخ پا ہونے کی کیا ضرورت ہے؟
آپ سو سال نہیں ہزار سال ملک کو آگے لے جائیں، ہمیں کوئی اعتراض نہیں ہے لیکن ویڈیوز
بنانے کے لئے کیا یہ ضروری ہے کہ آپ اپنی عزت اور خصوصاً ملک کی عزت کو دائو پر لگا
دیں؟ معاشرے میں بگاڑ پیدا کرنے والے اور اخلاقی روایات کو پامال کرنے والے اس بے ہودہ
عمل کو بند کرنے میں ذرا سی بھی دیر نہیں کرنی چاہئے۔ صرف گزارش اتنی ہے کہ خواتین
کی عزت اور ناموس کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنا لیں، معصوم بچوں اور بچیوں کو درندہ صفت لوگوں
سے بچانے کے لئے کچھ کریں، معاشرے سے بے حیائی، بے غیرتی، فحاشی و عریانی اور عزتوں
کی پامالی کی روک تھام کے لئے اقدامات کریں۔ جس ملک میں نکاح مشکل اور زنا عام ہو جائے،
کالجوں اور یونیورسٹیوں میں گرل فرینڈز اور بوائے فرینڈز کا کلچر فروغ پا جائے، دوسری
شادی کو طعنہ اور جنگ وجدل کا باعث بنا دیا جائے، مہنگائی آسمانوں کو جا چھوئے اور
غریب زمین پر رہنے کی بجائے زمین کے اندر رہنے کو ترجیح دے، اس ملک میں پھر ٹک ٹاک
جسموں کی نمائش اور اخلاق باختہ کرتوتوں کا وسیلہ بن کر رہ جاتا ہے۔ میں نہیں سمجھتا
کہ جن عورتوں نے ٹک ٹاک کو جسموں کی نمائش کی ٹیکنالوجی بنا دیا ہے انہوں نے یہ سب
کوئی ہنسی خوشی کیا ہو۔ ممکن ہے کہ غربت نے انہیں اس قبیح کام پر مجبور کیا ہو۔ لیکن
یہ معلوم کرنا بھی تو حکومت کا کام ہے۔ انہیں باعزت روزگار مہیا کرنا، ان کے مسائل
حل کرنا ریاست مدینہ کے دعویدار حکمرانوں کی ذمہ داری ہوا کرتا ہے۔ ملک ٹک ٹاک سے نہیں
بلکہ عدل و انصاف کو قائم کرنے سے آگے بڑھتے ہیں۔ یہاں انصاف کے حصول کے لئے عوام دربدر
کی ٹھوکریں کھا رہے ہیں۔
عدالتوں میں انصاف بک رہا ہے۔ اگر ان حالات میں کوئی سمجھتا ہے
کہ ٹک ٹاکر ملک کو سو سال آگے لے جائیں گے تو وہ آگے لے جانا پھر مینار پاکستان والا
ہی ہوگا کہ جہاں چار سو افراد اوباشی اور بدمعاشی پر اتر آئے تھے۔ اس ملک کی ترقی کا
کوئی پاکستانی بھی دشمن نہیں ہے بشرطیکہ وہ ترقی ہو۔ ترقی کے نام پر بدمعاشی اور لوفرپن
کو کوئی بھی پسند نہیں کرتا۔ یہ موبائل فونز، انٹرنیٹ اور ٹی وی چینلز وغیرہ جدت پسندی
کے آلات ضرور ہیں لیکن ان کے مہلک اور خوفناک اثرات نے ہماری نوجوان نسل کو اخلاقی
اور نفسیاتی مریض بنا کر رکھ دیا ہے۔ ملک میں انصاف کا نظام تو سو سال سے بھی زیادہ
پیچھے ہے لیکن ہم ٹک ٹاک کے ذریعے ملک کو سو سال آگے لے جانا چاہتے ہیں۔ کتنے ہی ایسے
واقعات سامنے آئے ہیں کہ ملزم جیلوں میں ہی مر کھپ گئے، لیکن ان کے مرنے کے بعد عدالت
نے فیصلہ دیا کہ جیل میں مرنے والا ملزم بے گناہ تھا لہٰذا اسے رہا کیا جائے۔ کیا سو
سال آگے جانے والے جدید ملکوں میں انصاف ایسا ہوتا ہے؟ اگر ٹک ٹاکرز پر پارکوں میں
بغیر اجازت ٹک ٹاک ویڈیوز بنانے پر پابندی نہیں لگائی جاسکتی تو پھر کم از کم شرفا،
معززین پر ہی پابندی لگا دینی چاہئے تاکہ وہ ٹک ٹاکرز کی موجودگی میں پارکوں کا رخ
نہ کریں کیونکہ ٹک ٹاکرز نے معاشرے کو متعفن کرنے کا جو ٹھیکہ اٹھایا ہے عوام اسے پسند
نہیں کرتے۔ میرا جسم میری مرضی اینڈ کمپنی کی عورتوں نے ٹک ٹاک کے ذریعے جو بے غیرتی
متعارف کروائی ہے وہ نہ صرف آئین پاکستان بلکہ مذہبی اقدار سے بھی متصادم ہے۔

مشرف کے دور میں مختاراں مائی کا کیس سامنے آیا تو این جی او مارکہ موم بتی مافیا نے
آسمان سر پر اٹھا لیا۔ سچی بات ہے کہ اس کیس کی نوعیت ہی ایسی تھی کہ جو اس کی تفصیل
سنتا وہ دہل کے رہ جاتا۔ جب سارا میڈیا ڈالر خور موم بتی مافیا کے پیچھے لگ کر اس کیس
کو اچھال رہا تھا اور عدالت میں ثابت ہوا کہ مختاراں مائیں والا واقعہ جھوٹ تھا۔
والدین اور بھائیوں کی بھی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ اپنے بچوں اور بچیوں پر کڑی نظر رکھیں۔ پہلی بات تو یہ ہے کہ اپنی اولاد کو موبائل کے فتنے سے بچانے کی کوشش کریں۔ اگر یہ ممکن نہیں تو یہ ضرور چیک کریں کہ وہ موبائل پر دیکھ کیا رہا ہے۔ ان کی موبائل ایکٹیویٹی پر خصوصی نظر رکھیں۔ پاکستانی معاشرہ دن بدن جو بے حیائی اور فحاشی کی آماج گاہ بنتا جا رہا ہے آخر اس کا کچھ تو سبب ہے۔ اس پر حکومت، مقتدار حلقوں، اعلیٰ عدلیہ، وکلائ، علمائ، والدین اور دانشوروں کو مل کر سنجیدگی سے سوچنا پڑے گا کہ معاشرے میں بگاڑ پیدا کرنے والے کون لوگ ہیں جو اخلاقی اور مذہبی اقدار کو نیست و نابود کرنے پر تلے ہوئے ہیں۔ تاجروں نے اپنی تجارت بڑھانے کے لئے، بلڈرز مافیا نے اپنے پلاٹ بیچنے کے لئے، میڈیا نے اپنی ریٹنگ بڑھانے کے لئے ’’عورت‘‘ کو شو پیس کے طور پر استعمال کرنا شروع کررکھا ہے۔ کیا یہ عورت کا استحصال نہیں ہے؟ وہ کونسا گروہ ہے جو عورت کو استعمال کر کے ملک کی بدنامی کا باعث بن رہا ہے۔ اس پر بڑے ٹھنڈے دماغ سے غوروفکر کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
